We are celebrating the 100th edition of our successful series "Sologesang mit Instrumenten und Orgel" with a special first edition: the manuscript of a solo aria by the Berlin Royal Chapel Master Carl Heinrich Graun, the text of which is a hymn of praise to the Virgin Mary, remains undiscovered to date in the University Library of Warsaw. The work in ABA form shows clear influences of the Italian baroque style, which characterizes numerous works of Graun. All performers are integrated into the delicate and sophisticated movement, which can be heard on all Marian occasions. With Latin and German text
