Tricity (in Polish: Trójmiasto) is a metropolitan area in the Pomerania region of Poland consisting of three cities: Gda?sk, Gdynia and Sopot, as well as minor towns in their vicinity. They are situated adjacent to each other on the coast of Gda?sk Bay, Baltic Sea, in Pomerelia, northern Poland. The Tricity metropolitan area has a population of over 1 million people.
