At a concert one should modulate the tonal atmosphere both for the musicians and the audience' dixit Maddy Nicolas, my wife to whom I dedicate this composition. The menuet's elegance and noble simplicity incited me to write this polyvalent (for sympho-nic and fanfare band) work.
