(Wim Laseroms edit 2012) "Le Chef de Corps" is an older fun and fast march with military character. Originally composed by Victor Bury, the score has been modernized by march expert Wim Laseroms. A newly engraved full score is provided with the set. Technically-speaking, this is an easy march with very recognisable melodic lines, a hearty bass solo, and a melodious trio.
